Note: In the case that you request for Swiggler Gaming to sell your game via this website, and your request is granted by Swiggler Gaming, you become an Outside Conditional Product Contributor. Swiggler Gaming will retain a percentage (to be further agreed upon by both parties, but between 7% and 27%) of the profit from the copies of your game which are sold by Swiggler Gaming via this website. You, as an OCPC, retain all rights to your game as your original work, along with the right to pull your game from our website at any time for any reason.
